Monika Tichacek (b.1975), from Zurich, worked with Matthew Barney in New York on a scholarship from the NSW Ministry of Arts. She was the recipient of the 2001 Helen Lempriere Travelling Arts Scholarship and was Artist-in-Residence at VSUP-Acadamy of Arts, Arcitecture and Design, Prague.
